A mental-wellness project

A quiet place to check in with yourself.

Dhyaniva is built around one idea: simple, free, privacy-first tools for looking after your mind. It starts with a local-first Android app — mood check-ins, breathing exercises, journaling, and a supportive chat — and it's meant to grow from there.

Free, always Privacy-first by design Actively growing

Dhyaniva is a mental-wellness project built around one idea: everyone deserves simple, accessible tools for looking after their mind — not just the people who can afford therapy or a subscription. Today, that means a single Android app. Over time, it's meant to become more than that.

What the name means

Mental-health first aid, not a replacement for care.

Named for Dhyana - the Sanskrit word for meditation and focused awareness - Dhyaniva's first product gives you simple tools to use on your own: mood tracking, grounding exercises, a personal safety plan, journaling, calming sounds, medication reminders, and a supportive chat feature called Talk.

Dhyaniva is not therapy, medical treatment, or a diagnosis, and it does not replace a psychologist, psychiatrist, or other qualified professional. If you're in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services.
Live today, on Android

A quick daily check-in that builds into a private history you can look back on.

Guided, paced exercises for moments that feel overwhelming.

A personal safety plan

Write down your own warning signs, coping steps, and who to call - ready before you need it.

Journaling

Free-write, guided prompts, or gratitude entries - whichever fits the day.

Calming sounds

A small library of ambient sound to help you settle or fall asleep.

Medication reminders

Reminders by name and time - Dhyaniva never records or suggests dosages.

A one-tap check-in

How are you feeling right now? Pick from five quick moods, then jump straight into whatever helps - breathing, Talk, calming sounds, or your journal. Panic Mode and an SOS button are always one tap away.

Support

People and tools you can lean on

Your personal safety plan and Talk sit right at the top. Below that, a trusted contact you can reach by call, text, or WhatsApp, and a card for your own doctor or therapist - alongside reminders for medication and water.

Calm

A few simple ways to steady yourself

Guided box breathing and 5-4-3-2-1 grounding, plus a small library of ambient sound - rain, ocean, forest, white noise, night ambience - each with an optional sleep timer.

Journal

A private space, your way

Your last few check-ins at a glance, then free writing, a guided journal, gratitude prompts, or voice entries - whichever fits how you're feeling that day.

More

Built to stay out of your way

Dark mode and a gentler night theme, reminder controls, PIN lock with biometric unlock, and full control over your own data - export it, or delete everything on the device, any time. Crisis resources are set by country, never by location.

How it fits into a day

Three small moments, not a program to follow.

1

Check in

Log how you're feeling, or open a breathing exercise when things feel like too much right now.

2

Reflect, your way

Journal it, talk it through with Talk, or just sit with a calming sound for a few minutes.

3

Feel a little steadier

Your safety plan and local helpline info are there if a moment ever calls for more support.

Privacy-first by design

Mood history, journal entries, your safety plan, and reminders stay on your own device by default. No account is required. Read the Privacy Policy →
